                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504, RELATIVE TO 
                   SCHEDULE IV. ONE WAY STREETS DESIGNATED.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 
       24-504, Schedule IV. One-way streets designated, as amended, be 
       and the same is hereby further amended so as to delete the 
       following:
            Poss Drive, eastwardly from Read Avenue to Baldwin 
                 Street.
            
            Poss Drive, westernly from Washington Street to Baldwin 
                 Street.
            
            Read Avenue, northernly from East Twenty-fifth Street to 
                 Poss Drive.
            
            Twenty-Fifth Street, eastwardly from the access drive to 
                 Howard High School to Washington Street.
            
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall be effective two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
